(2) Definition: "I", "me", refers to the owner. "You", refers to the customer.

(3) Content display on this website is for general information purposes only and all effort is made to ensure it is kept up to date. There is no guarantee on the accuracy or accessibility of content displayed. Content may change at any given time without prior notice, including the right to withdraw all or parts of this website. This website may become temporarily unavailable due to maintenance work without prior notice.

(4) Website content must not be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, uploaded, modified, stored, transmitted, to sell, rent, licensed, or other, whatsoever without express written permission from me (the owner).

(5) You shall not use this website in any way that may cause damage or infringes upon anyone or to post or send to from this website any messages that may be misleading, harmful, threatening, abusive, discriminatory or spam.

(6) I do not give consent to AI training on any part of this website's content.

(7) By using the website contact form, will be the first point of contact between you and me and all communication will be made via email.

(8) All images of my designs shown on this website may vary slightly in colour due to a device's display monitor. There is no guarantee on the accuracy of colours displayed on a device to the colours of my designs. Although I have made every effort to ensure the colours shown on my website are as accurate as possible.

Copyright does not transfer to you when a purchase is made. When you make a purchase for one of my designs, you shall not claim it as your own, alter or duplicate it in any way. Unauthorised use of copyright is strictly forbidden and may give a claim to damages and result in legal action taken as deemed appropriate.

PRODUCTS

(10) Secure Direct Links: All links I provide to my customers who have requested to purchase one of my products displayed on my website will be directed to my trusted manufacturer's website where I have a store and the website URL will have "https" at the start, which means it is a secure link using an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) connection and will also have a closed padlock within the address bar. If a link has "http" without the "s" at the end of it, it means it is not secure and I would advise you to avoid clicking on it. By receiving a direct link to a product, you are not under any obligation to purchase. Direct links will open to an external website where you can view and purchase products without having to sign in, you can choose to register if you wish to keep track of order history there. External websites will have their own terms of use and privacy policy and as I have no control over the content, reliability or safety of external websites, I shall not be liable. By clicking on a direct link will be at your own risk. Direct links are only available for up to 24 hours from the date of email sent to you with link attached, if you want to purchase the product, you must do so within this time frame, after which the listing page where a product is located on my store will be placed in private mode or deleted and the link will not direct to the product you wanted to purchase.

(11) Payments: Payments will be handled and processed via my trusted manufacturer at "Contrado Imaging Ltd" using their secure checkout on their "Bags Of Love" website. Payments will need to be made in full before an order can be processed. Payments can be made using standard credit/debit cards via Adyen, PayPal and Klarna. Prices on my store listing page will display in the local currency of where you (customer) is based. Please see Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

WHEN I CANNOT ACCEPT REQUESTS

(12) I have the right to refuse or not accept order enquiries for products for whatever reason, you will be notified if I cannot fufill your request.

DELAYS OUT OF MY CONTROL

(13) I shall not be liable for any delays where I am not able to fulfill my obligations that have become out of my control, such as, power outages, communication problems, fire, strikes etc. You will be notified of any such delays when I am able to send communication.

EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY

(14) Nothing within these Terms Of Use exclude liability for personal injury or damage caused by negligence from me.

SEVERABILITY

(15) If any section within these Terms Of Use is found to be invalid or unenforceable under the applicable law, will not apply to the remaining sections within these Terms Of Use that are enforceable.

Any breach of these Terms Of Use may give a claim to damages and result in legal action taken as deemed appropriate.
