NON-EXCLUSIVE LICENSE: This license is available for the pre-made pattern designs listed. This license grants the buyer specific rights to use the artwork for commercial use in the agreed category up to the end date of license period. The artwork may still be licensed out to be used by others in any category.

EXCLUSIVE LICENSE: This license is available for custom-made pattern designs, if the buyer would like to commission for a custom-made pattern design they may get in touch to discuss their ideas with the artist here. This license grants the buyer specific rights to use the artwork for commercial use in the agreed category up to the end date of license period. The artwork will not be licensed out to others in any category, however the artist will have the right to use custom artworks to promote their portfolio for future work. This license will be priced much higher than a non-exclusive license.

LICENSE DURATION: 1 Year, 2 Years or 3 Years.

PRICE: The Commercial license price will be based on the usage, area of usage and duration.

LICENSE RENEWAL: The buyer will be notified when a license is about to expire. If the buyer would like to continue further reproduction of artwork for commercial use the buyer will need to renew the license by re-purchasing the before it expires by emailing the artist to request renewal, the artist will then send a PayPal invoice. If the buyer has not renewed the license within 24 hours from the license expiry date, the buyer will no longer have the right to use the artwork for commercial use and must destroy all images and any reproduction as soon as possible, failure to do so will result in the artist right to take legal action against the buyer. Once a contract between the artist and the buyer is terminated, the artist is free to continue using the artwork however they please such as reproduce, sell to someone else, use for marketing purposes or other.

ADDED PRODUCTS: If the buyer would like to use the artwork in another category later on they must notify the artist via email. Both parties must be in agreement to allow for any amendments. A 50% additional payment is required (per added category) and will be payable to the artist via PayPal invoice.

DELIVERY: Artworks are sent within 1-3 working days to the buyers email address. Due to the digital nature of artwork no refund is offered for change of mind. In the unlikely event a fault occurs with the artwork file please get in touch as soon as possible and the artist will do their best to resolve it. If the fault cannot be corrected a refund will be given within 14 working days.
